– Delivery timelines are estimated based on project complexity and client cooperation.
– Delays caused by missing information, revisions, or client-side approvals are not the responsibility of Mtjee.

## 4. Refund Policy
– Refund requests are reviewed individually depending on the project stage and delivered work.
– Once a digital service has been completed, delivered, or partially used, refunds may not be applicable.

– Chargebacks filed without prior communication may be disputed with supporting evidence.
